actually, you can try to visit studio home web. side and try to log in or to create new trial account. There is also an option to contact PTC (contact us) so someone from the PTC sales/ responsible for the trail instances could contact you.
If you have PTC support account, then please open a ticket so it will be transferred to team responsible to the trial instances
I checked an internal document (but it is not relevant 100%) and found that your status DECOMMISSIONED. So this means you need definitely contact the PTC support or sales representative / your sales representative or your CSM – customer success manager r/ to change this status.
