Time Series Chart not showing data in Vuforia View

I created a time series chart in vuforia. In the preview i can see my time series data. When I open the experience on a tablet the data doesn't show. I just get the message "Data is not loaded yet"

@Rmcrabb Could you please check and look for any errors in ThingWorx application logs to see if there is any entity permission related issue or otherwise ?

I found my problem. I had a permisions issue with the user logged in vuforia.
