Why doesn't chalk work in vuforia view?

Hi, I am a novice developer in Korea.

Please understand that I am using a translation app because I am not good at English.
Last month, I used chalk a UI(https://admin.vuforiachalk.com/call) in the 2D view of vuforia studio, and it entered the chalk app, but when I recently accessed it again, it came into the chalk download web(https://www.ptc.com/en/products/vuforia/vuforia-chalk)

Does anyone have a solution?

It has be reported as a bug. I don't have visibility on its resolution currently
