cannot publish from Vuforia studio

When trying to publish experience receiving error msg. Tried to clean browser but still appearing.

To investigate more deeply, we need to have answers about these questions :

1. Are you able to connect to the Trial Instance in a web browser ?
2. Are you able to connect to the ThingWorx Platform at this URL ? 

I have checked these URLs :
