error occured when importing pvz file;errno: -4048Error: EPERM: operation not permitted

Hi,I met below error when importing  pvz file,could anybody give me a suggestion?

@jxu2 Could you please open a PTC case and if possible share the PVZ file. Also, are you getting this issue on your local ES or Trial ES version 8.3 or lower ?
