thing properties and states are not getting reflect in vuforia studio

Hello guys,

I have created some properties in new thing in thingworx and i am fetching them in studio experience but problem is some times those properties are changing in experience per written service and some times not . I have set all the permission as well.

Second issue is i have written one state in thingworx and calling it in experience throgh state based formatting on one 3d gauge but here also that created state is not working and color of that gauge is not getting change. i already have set all the permission here also. Kinldy help me on above mentioned issue.Thanks 🙂
