Hi Everyone,
The customer has bought the license of Studio and Illustrate and despite having followed the procedure of activation of a new PTC account with the various customer code (SCN and SON) fails to set up the Studio license.
The counter of the remaining days is active on the portal of Vuforia Studio (Studio portal) (30 trial days)
How can I support the customer?
What can I do?
UPDATE: Customer tried to log in with the credentials of his PTC (1 year sub) account on Vuforia Studio and the URL Experience Service remains sets to the Trial Experience Service.

I reached out to you via email with steps to get the customer set up. The portal log in is only used for trial instances. PTC Cloud services should have sent some emails to the customer with credentials and the appropriate URLs.
