Are you using anu Proxy Server for connecting to ThingWorx Experience Service.

Is the ThingWorx Experience Service url accessible from your local machine where ThingWorx Studio is installed?

We do but we cannot see the details. We may need to add the thingworx connection to our whitelist to allow it to pass through
