Can not find core library

Hello,

I'm trying to execute a task throught JSP i have a problem in my jsp file

<%@ taglib uri="http://www.ptc.com/infoengine/taglib/core" prefix="ie" %>

DescriptionResourcePathLocationType
Can not find the tag library descriptor for "http://www.ptc.com/infoengine/taglib/core"IntegratePLC.jsp/IntegrationPLC/WebContentline 2JSP Problem

Can you help to find the solution of this problem
