We've upgraded our Windcill 11.1 server to 12.0.2.2, after upgrading we notice that the Change tab which was present in the object information page is missing and we try to create a new one but in the customize option itself it is not available.

The issue got fixed, we've some customization in the Change Management actions and we use the old action.xml file but in 12.0.2.0 PTC have modified the OOTB action xml that a reason for this issue, now it's fine.

I'm on 12.0.2.4 and I can see it as administrator. I wonder if it's license related. Can you see it as site administrator?

I wonder if something didn't get loaded correctly during the upgrade. Might be worth opening a tech support case.
