Client side issues with PDMLink 9.1 M030

All symptoms of ajax server network latency..have noticed even in VMWare 9.1 MO30 has greater ajax latency then MO20 sounds like PTC R&D needs to investigate ...can give more input if needed

Raju,
We have seen similar issues like disabling OK/Finish buttons while
creating ECOs. We were never able to reproduce them consistently. Only
workaround we suggest users is to close the pop up window and retry.
We also ran into issue with clicking menu items for some users with
IE browsers. We got the following suggestion from Tech support to change a
browser related registry entry as follows on client machines

change value of
*HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\TypeLib\{**EAB22AC0-30C1-11CF-A7EB-**0000C05BAE0B}\1.1\0\win32
from C:\WINDOWS\system32\shdocvw.**dll to
C:\WINDOWS\system32\ieframe.**dll*

This change not only fixed menu items issue with IE browser, it
also fixed the same issue for Chrome browser. Now I am able to use Chrome
for most of the Windchill UI and it is way faster than IE and FireFox.
