Instructions about upgrading WRC from v4.0 to v4.3

I currently have the license key for the version 4.3 of Windchill Requirements Connector.

Can you please provide all the necessary steps for upgrading the current version (v4.0) to v.4.3?

Ans also how to install the new version with the license key I possess?
