Not able to run setup.vbs from PTC solution installer

I am not able to run setup.vbs from PTC solution installer while installing ERP connector as shown in image 1.

I ran the setup for windows 64 bit and I was able to follow the steps for updating Windchill.

But at the time of installing ERP connector it is giving an error as shown in image 2.
