Problems occurred while installing Windchill 12.1.1 using Mssql

Installing Windchill 12.1.1. I'm trying to use the Mssql database, but I get that error even though all of the above information is correct. I want to know why. If you select New Database and enter the above information, there is no problem.

• Steps listed in Article CS28197 can be followed to manually create an SQL Database
• As a troubleshooting step one can use:
  • sqlcmd.exe -S ServerName\InstanceName,Portnumber -U dbUserName -P dbPassword  -d Database
  • if successful a 1> prompt is returned
  • if error, those needs to be fixed prior executing PSI
• Note: make sure to download the correct Java version that is supported for you Windchill server refer to the Software Matrices for more details

As a result of executing the supplied command, 1> is returned normally. The PTCSOLNINSTALLER_PtcInstall.log file was not created.
