Unable to install Windchill PDMlink

is it beacuse I am not able to run windchill directory server  although I am providing correct details only

Directory Server needs to be running first.

Hello,

 

Check the Control Panel if the DS is running or not. Still issue persists. Cancel the Windchill PSI & Install again in administrator mode with accurate credentials.
