Every pull down menus on Windchill 9.1 using Internet Explorer are extremely slow (10-15 seconds). Same Windchill server reached by Firefox returns instantaneous menus. This is the same problem for both "Action" menus, and all the "Relationship" menus for an object.
Looking for confirmation of this problem from others to determine if IE problem, network problem, or desktop problem (virus protection, settings, etc).
Using IE7.
