X Bom Transforamtion

If we have only the XBOM transformation and dont have the MPMLink installed will we get access to OOTB com.ptc.windchill.mpml.algorithm ?

i don't really know what do you mean by BOM transformation , can you elaborate ?

What version you are using I checked on 2 VMs there are only below licenses :

It is version 13.0.2. So does this mean to use Bom transformation the MPMLink module is not required to be installed ?

Without MPM there will  be no BOM transformer available

As mentioned by Fadel, the MPMLink module is needed primarily for BOM transformation using the BOM transformer. Also, the module enables for Mfg. Process planning. For, transformation you will require the BOM transformation license. For creating process plans and other Mfg objects MPMLink module license will be needed.
