I have observed below scenario on windchill connected Creo:
- There is TestPart.prt available on local disk. It is not available on Windchill
- Perform below operation from Creo and we will have default version A.1 of TestPart.prt
- File ---> Open --> TestPart.prt (from disk on Creo)
- File --> Check In --> Auto Check In
- Perform below operation from Creo
- File --> Check In --> Check Out
- File --> Check In --> Auto Check In
After step 3 , I could see that TestPart.prt is at A.2.
As there is no difference in both A.1 and A.2 (no change in Creo for considered part file), part should not iterate to A.2 when we perform step 3. Is this expected behavior from Windchill or is there preference or configuration for this?
