do you see that accorss all browsers ? any errors in logs ?
In which log file should I have a look?
It works fine with the embedded browser, but not with the stand alone browser.
Errors would appear in Methodserver logs. There might be multiple running so you might have to check each on about the time of check in. If you are expecting a popup, are popup blockers off?
