Cylinder Constraint reverses in top level assembly.

Designed a motor base with a spinning shaft using a cylinder mate. In this assembly the shaft spins and the body doesn't . No issue. When I add this motor assembly to another assembly the shaft is now locked and the body of the motor spins. Issue. Any ideas on this one?

probably you assembled motor assembly using references that belong to shaft.
