Loading files to anasys for FEA

I am working in WF5 on a steel tube car frame. I have turned up my relative part accuracy to .00001 in order to allow me to put the correct thickness on the surface sweeps of my tube trajectories. I know this is an extreme and my regeneration times are very long but it was needed to keep my sweeps from erroring.

My question is how best to get this model into ANSYS. I am currently working with ANSYS 12.1 which does not support WF5. When I try save copies of IGES or STP files using solid geometry I lose information and parts of the frame are always missing when imported to ANSYS, not mention the mesh can never be set up from those files.

Does anybody have any tips or hints on a better method for me to use?

I have attached my frame file.

Thanks.

try exporting as a STEP and import that into ANSYS
