The problem was that the cell had the following in it;
&desc
&DWG_DESC:D
That is what was causing the issue, can't have a single cell pointing to
two places I guess when using templates.
Coming from a format it is OK, but if you use the format on a template
drawing and then create new from template it does not work right.
