change Creo 3.0 from offline to work on-line

I am using Creo Parametric 3.0 M190

Unable to to change Creo 3.0 from offline to work on-line, and setting up work spaces does not work.

Here are the errors that I faced
While I'm trying to get the program to work on-line, I get a Warning pop-up: You have no workspace to register, you cannot register this server without workspace.

I have found it easier to create a workspace from the external Windchill browser hen connect and register your Windchill server to Creo with the existing workspace.
