Hi,

On Dell page you will find only AMD Radeon Pro cards. This means that AMD Radeon RX cards are not supported. These cards can work with Creo, but you have to find the right driver version by yourself.

You are in the wrong forum.

PTC has two CAD systems:    Creo+ and Creo Parametric    and     Creo Elements Direct.

Which makes it confusing.

More, for Creo Elements Direct:

- The 3D software name is Modeling, and

- The 2D software name is Drafting.

For Creo+ and Creo Parametric, use only this tab:

Likely you have a video card driver issue. You can test:

  • open config.pro in Notepad
  • add following option at the end of the file ... graphics win32_gdi
  • test working with Creo

If this option makes the model visible, you have a video card issue. You can try updating your video card drivers. If you have a PTC certified system, you can install the "approved" driver for that system or open a tech support case with PTC for help directly from them.

Hi,

please publish detailed description of HW configuration of your computer.
