I got PTC Academic for my school and it only gives me access to Parametric. Does Parametric do any type analysis or do I need Simulate?

Please be sure to include what version of the PTC product you are using so another community member knowledgeable about your version may be able to assist.
Some things may be installed separately. If you run the install again, you should find the optional software if you open the right window. I don't know the UI by heart, but I know I had to get service to help me find the Mechanism option.
