Creating a menubar and menu button in creo 8.0 using protoolkit

I want to create a menu bad and a menu button in creo 8.0 using visual studio 2022, i tried to create with "

 ProMenubarMenuAdd" but in help file it says its depreciated, is there anyone who could help me with this.
