Java version for Jlink

I am currently using Creo elements/pro 5.0, I want to know which java version has to be used for Jlink application.

Hi,

my suggestion:

1. check Jlink component during Creo elements/pro 5.0 installation
2. find java.exe in Creo installation
3. run java.exe -version to get Java JRE version
4. use the same JDK to compile your Jlink code

In one of your previous answer you suggested the following link for java version to be used for compiling the java files, shall I use the java 1.4.1 SDK and JRE for compile the java file.

mentioned PDF file is related to Creo Parametric 2.0. I do not know how to get document related to Creo Elements/Pro 5.0.

But in second line it has given J-Link creo parametric 1, J-Link Creo Elements/Pro, Jlink Wildfire 4.0, Wildfire 3.0, Wildfire 2.0. It is applicable to those mentioned creo version also or it will be different.
