Little Rib help here....?

I don't use ribs that often since we do mostly CNC machined parts.
Could someone offer up a tutorial on how to use the rib feature? As
usual, Pro/E Help does a great job of defining what all the buttons do,
but does not tell you HOW TO ACTUALLY USE THE FEATURE! I know, gotta go
buy training, right? (wouldn't PTC get more software sales if you
actually provided info on how to use the product in the help manual?)



Anyway, this is what I want to do... (I've attached a picture, hopefully
it gets through)



I have a part that is essentially a C-shape revolved 360 degrees. To
support this I want to add ribs between the 2 ends of the "C".



Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated, as always.

Hello,

after selecting the Sketch Plane, Sketcher will pop-up where you just sketch top horizontal line between two ends of a >C< and you are done. Make sure to constrain both ends of top horizontal line of a rib with both ends of a >C<. When you're done sketching, define thickness of a rib and confirm.

Hello Tony,
All you should need in your section is a line defiing the top of the rib.
You do not need to define a closed shape to create a rib.
