Toolkit compiling w/ Visual Studio Express

Anyone?  The PTC literature says it will compile.  Has anyone tried this with any success?

I can compile and unlock Creo 3.0 TK / OTK Licenses with VS 2012 Express. So I think it should work.

I only use the compiler out of it so we use VS 2015 Professional and inside use VS 2005 (WF 4.0), VS 2010 (Creo 2.0) and VS 2012 (Creo 3.0) compilers. I never had a problem with an express installation.

Hi all,

Mark, you would need to check if platform SDK ( I think 7.1) was available. SDK is a free download from Microsoft. I think Patrick wrote an extensive tutorial on this subject some time ago...

HIH.

Feliks.
