com.ptc.pfc.Implementation.pfcExceptions$XToolkitGeneralError

I am getting XToolkitGeneralError at times while starting ProEngineer in asynchronous mode through a J-Link program. When restarted the process, it is connecting to ProEngineer and working fine.

I am hoping the below change of code will show some useful result.

Are there any possible issues with this change?

Nikhil I am also facing the same problem after changing java JDK and JRE. Earlier i was able to connect fine.
