user_initialize for Creo 3.0

Hello,

I heard that user_initialize is not available into toolkit for Creo 3.0. Which is the new function for same purpose?

Thanks and Regards

Ketan

It works like a charme. So you can use it like before : )

We compile all our DLLs since WF4 till Creo 4.0 with the user_initialize method.

Br,

Eike

Sounds good.. I do have tested DLL of 2.0 on creo 3.0...

But, I am in great dilemma now... Since wf4 to creo 2.0; so many APIs might have been deprecated... How still it can be builded??

Thanks and regards

Ketan

Just change the VS Version to the Creo 3.0 one and the Includes to the Creo 3.0 directory. Check if your solution is building (I don't think that many things get deprecated, afaik its just a very small amount, and I never used one of it). So there got many new ones inside but this didn't matter. Just try to compile and solve the errors that appears. I think it should do the work.

Br,

Eike
