Could not communicate to Allen Bradley Controllogix over Satellite Communication

I have upgraded KepServerEx.V5 to V.6. It can communicate with ControlLogix before upgrading. After upgrading to V.6.

• The latest Kepware versions have not undergone testing with the older firmware of Allen Bradley PLC
  • Here is the tested firmware versions as per Allen-Bradley ControlLogix Ethernet driver manual

• While switching the Protocol Mode to Symbolic has been successful in some cases, it does not provide a guaranteed solution
  • Right click on the device in the channel
  • Select Properties
  • Select Logix Options
  • Under Protocol Options change Protocol Mode to Symbolic
