1904 Error when installing Mathcad 14. ".ocx failed to register errors"

When installing Mathcad 14 I get the 1904 error ".ocx failed to register errors. We have tried to run as full Administrator and get the same errors.

Your installation source may be corrupt. Download the latest (M020) Mathcad 14 from here, and install that.
