I have a valid license but I never got an email with a "product code", so I can't even request support. I have two emails, neither has a "customer number". My end goal is to view this page https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/cs306408 . I just purchased a license.
It ends up the email you need to get all of the information is sent 13 hours after purchase. There's no notification that it'll take that long or that it's even coming, it's just a frustrating support experience.
