We have one user who is using the software. We are stuck on not being able to find a "Product Code".
#1. Tried ChatGPT4o. However it expected the process to be rational.
#2. Looked up license info at: https://support.ptc.com/apps/licensePortal and while there are numbers, upon numbers, none of them are the product code
#3. Googled it. Found this site. Looked for Product Code in e-mail. Looked for “Digital Rights” in e-mail. Failed.
#4. Tried the order code (Sales Order Number (SON):) at http://www.findmyorder.com/ but it tells me: "The inputted order number could not be found. Please validate the order number and try again." https://support.ptc.com/apps/licensePortal
As an IT contractor I feel like this activation process is way more complicated that it needs to be. It sets a new low bar in terms of complexity.

I totally agree! Money was of course taken instantly, but one Product Code has been missing over a month now.
I see no other choice but to contact some authorities in order to solve this case. It's clear now, that PTC isn't willing to do so.

Ran the 30 day trial on the newer version.
Tried the instructions they e-mailed, but they were unhelpful.
They have a plethora of support pages and articles, some of which are blank pages.
Opened a new ticket with them about 4 or 5 days ago, but they have not deigned to reply as of yet.
By contrast, we moved to a new PDF editor recently. Purchased, downloaded, installed. activated. All within 10 minutes.
PTC's processes for this whole process are in such a need of an overhaul!
