PTC Mathcad Express Prime 3.1 will not open

Mathcad Express Prime 3.1 program will not open. It worked when I first installed it but after a week or so, I tried to open it again and got an error message. When I hit, "OK" the message disappears. When I try to open the program, the program does not open and the message comes back. This just repeats and the program never opens. Here's the error message that pops up on the screen:

An Unhandled exception occured on the dispatcher thread. See
C:\Program Data\PTC\Mathcad Prime\Logs\Mathcad
Prime_Exception_20210712_100352.log
for more information. Prime will attempt to save any modified files and
close.
Please restart the application.

Hi @Trapezoid,

Can you verify and confirm if the issue persists even after changing the user login credentials 

For e.g. try logging into the system with different credentials (administrator) and see if Mathcad Prime opens fine or gives the same error.
