microsoft updates causing mathcad to fail accessing license until reinstall.

I have a user that everytime a Microsoft update is pushed must reinstall mathcad because the license request failed. is there a listing of registry edits made during install that we can then be sure not to modify when making changes?

we are using prime 7

Compare the "HOST ID" with the one specified in the license file.
