Hello!
I found a great resource and is called - "E-SOURCES for Numerical Methods using Mathcad". The resources review background information; present numerical methods through notes, presentations, simulations and assessments; show how what they learned is applied in real life; tell stories to illustrate special topics and pitfalls; and give historical perspectives; includes, also, examples of Mathcad worksheets. And here is the link:

P.S. Also, throughout a subject of numerical methods in Mathcad be useful Mathcad worksheets from the book "Numerical Methods Using Mathcad" by L.Fausett (Prentice Hall, 2002). Here is a table of contents of Mathcad examples (this examples can be found in the attachment):
1. Foundations.
2. Solving Equations of One Variable.
3. Solving Systems of Linear Equations: Direct Methods.
4. Solving Systems of Linear Equations: Iterative Methods.
5. Systems of Nonlinear Equations.
6. LU Factorization.
7. Eigenvalues, Eigenvectors, and QR Factorization.
8. Interpolation.
9. Function Approximation.
10. Fourier Methods.
11. Numerical Differentiation and Integration.
12. Ordinary Differential Equations: Initial-Value Problems.
13. Systems of Ordinary Differential Equations.
14. Ordinary Differential Equations: Boundary-Value Problems.
15. Partial Differential Equations.
