Failed to launch server application

Hi,

I have problems with the MathCAD 15 on Windows 7 Enterprise. Attached is the error I’ve got when I scroll down.

The user i'm using is Administrator and I’ve reinstalled MathCAD, SDK but no luck. What should I do?

Aylmer.

I found the answer..

Microsoft Office 2010 64-bit Edition is not supported.

I removed and installed Microsoft Office 2010 32-bit Edition and the problem solved.

Thanks.

The problem was reported here sometimes in the past, mainly in association with 3D plots, though.

Maybe the tips given in those older thread may help. Otherwise I would suggest contacting PTC support.

Ah, your pic didn't suggest or indicate in any way that it used an Excel component.

One additional reason why its better to post worksheets rather than pics.

Attached example file.

Just Change your MS office from 64bit to 32bitversion ( mathCad 15 is a 32bit application)
