I'm sure this has been answered somewhere in these discussion boards, but is it possible to have notes in the Mathcad file that don't show in the printed file? Like in Matlab?
Thank you for your help!
1) You can put regions to the right (to the right of the right page margin) and check in "Page Setup" the option "Print single page width"
2) You may insert an area which you then may collapse - you will normally see a line and an arrow but you can format it in a way you virtually don't see anything.
3) You may annotate any region (right click) - but thats probably not what you are looking for.
BTW, you have still a question pending here!?: http://communities.ptc.com/message/225818#225818
4) We can input remarks as variable names with style user7 for example and Ctrl Shift k and before the printing change the color of this style from black to white (Mathcsd 15 only).
Uhhh! Thats tricky, indeed!
To go alaong that line, we could also
5) Make a new textstyle named "hidden" (Format/Style/New) and before printing set the textcolor to white. That way we wouldn't have to resort to Ctrl-K and could type normal text.
