How get Mathcad14 writes Legendre Polynomial explicitly?
Hello Friends
I'm tired trying MC14 writes some Legendre Polynomial explicitly, nothing seems to work. I want something like P2(x)=1/2(3x^2-1) but MC14 only returns Leg(2,x) collect,x --->Leg(2,x)
Anybody can help?

Could you post a worksheet showing exactly what you are trying to do.

Friends, I used one recursion formula of Legendre Polynomials (there are several) to obtain any Polynomial of any degree you want. Simply, with
P0(x)= 1 and P1(x)=x,
you can generate Pn(x) for any integer n, check this out in the Internet for more recursion formula that MC14 can handle very well.
Thanks you all
