Inserting text with scalar in matrix

I am using Mathcad 15 and was wondering if it was possible to mix text and scalar values in a matrix. In excel, you can write to a cell =A1 &" text" where A1 has a scalar value.

For example I have a 3x3 matrix with arbritary scalar values. Would it be possible to append text to each item in the matrix?

Is there a way to display the string without the ""?

As Valery has shiown it is possible, but it will be a variable, not a string.
