MathCAD version files converting

I have a Mathcad user that needs to know how to convert files from version 14 to version 15. User only has version 15 installed on his computer.

version 15 will read 14, and 14 will read 15.

Actually, 15 will read most older version files, and can save backwards to 11.

When the user tries to open a file from Version 14 it states that he must convert first. what steps would he have to take to convert them first in order to open the file,

Sounds like you're using Prime, Prime needs mathcad 15 to convert the older files.

If he has version 15 installed it should read and convert the file. (Version 15 is free with the purchase of prime. (Buy a Chevrolet, we'll give you this Ferrari for free.)
