Mathcad Prime adding units?

In the attached 3.1 worksheet 4 1x2 matrices are being combined. The values in the first column have units while the second column is unitless. For some reason Mathcad is adding a ft unit to the 0 value. If changed to 1 the units disappear. Why does this happen?

This is why we have "Zero" and especially "zero" as units:

The reason for this is the dynamic unit checking in Prime which makes it possible to collect values of different dimensions in one array (not possible to do in Mathcad 15).
