Mathcad prime 5.0 not installing on Win 10

I downloaded Mathcad prime 5.0 via the link provided after purchase. When I doubleclick setup.exe (after unpacking), I got prompt "Do you want to allow changes to your disc?", I press "Yes" and the window closes and nothing happens. I have Win 10 and MS framework installed. Any advice?

Try below suggestions:

1. Make sure you have Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7.2 installed on your machine. (If not already installed use this link https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4054530/microsoft-net-framework-4-7-2-offline-installer-for-windows to install the same)
2. Disable Anti-Virus if there is any on your machine
3. Run setup.exe as Administrator

You may even try running PrimeWixInstaller_64bit.msi from the ptcsh0 folder of installer and see if it helps.
