This quote is particularly interesting seeing as Mathcad has followed the now reversed idea of the silly orb at the top left of the application:
"the Office orb button from Office 2007 ... thoroughly confused people -- many thought it was a piece of branding eye candy rather than a functional button."

Yep - I don't liek the idea of the brand being the place you click to save and load files - and with that quick menu at the top it almost isn't needed...
