Trig Identities (Help file)

In the trig & hyperbolic identities help file, the
final ones for tanh(x) in terms of tan(z) are
incorrect. (on the very last line)

C:\Program Files\Mathcad\Mathcad 14\Resource
Center\en\qsheet\references\calculus\trigident.xmcd

The error is that it changes variable between sides
from 'x' to 'z'.

Also it doesn't actually list the coth identity (it
is mislabelled tanh a second time.

I'm using V14 M030.

What is the path (menu selections) to get to that sheet? I can't find it. Might be new in MC14M030 (I'm still using M020).

Select the insert function button/dialog.
select cosh, and press the "?" help (question mark)
button.
Then on the help page select the quicksheet.

That should take you to the
"
CALCULUS REFERENCE FORMULAS
reference tables
Trigonometric Identities" worksheet.

scroll to the bottom for the
"Hyperbolic Functions and Trig Relationships"

It's the last line. (before the "*" note about green
annotation brackets)

Got it. There is a further bug in that the quicksheet reference index does not list this under the calculus section. Makes it hard to find.
