how can i solve if variables are range value

Tin Tout h da db dc ka kb kc kair are all constant values. The values are all correct.
and i am trying to find d1 and d2
d1 d2 have range
but my answer has only one value

In your file, "q" is constant value or not ?
q is not constant value because of d1 d2
