Has anyone figured out how to figure out what the "
Horizontal Tail Root Leading Edge Waterline (z)" is? int eh tail wing deffinition worksheet? I can't figure it out, google is no help, the RWDC course document is last years, so that no good. I cnt figure out waht the "Horizontal Tail Aerodynamic Center ". Hopefully someone out there knows what these things are, thanks!! and, where are teh webinars for this year posted?
Thanks, Daniel Talbert
Hi Daniel,
The "waterline" refers to the height (z) above the z axis in the coordinate system you reference. In our case, it is the tip of the spinner. So "2" would mean two inches above the line through the spinner.
Thanks,
Mark
