Can not obtain licence

Hi

Im trying to install Creo1.0 student version. The installation guide says that I should obtain a licence from http://free-dl.ptc.com/install/Setup.exe , but the site doesn't link to any file. Does anyone know what I can do ?

This link contains "PTC Install Manager" .exe package (10,2 Mb).

Hi Valdimir.

That link does give me a exe file that is only 4kb in size, which doesn't do very much.

Does anyone have the file on their computer `? In that case, would it be possible to send it to me ?

Sorry to bother you again Valdimir.

But when I try to run Setup.exe, I get this error "Creo 1.0 from PTC has stoppped working".

I am wondering if something went wrong in the compression via the link in the prior post. Regardless....can you please look at the link I included and give it a try?

If you are still getting a failure, I would ask that you send me the PTC HostID for your machine and I can create the license for you. You can email me at -.

Have you downloaded the media yet for Creo 1.0?

Hi guys

I have the same problem with this setup.exe

I tried to run it on windows 7 64bit as administrator (my main pc)

vista 32bit (laptop) and also on winXP(virtual machine)

every time is the same case

After a long time waiting for setup.exe to start, and (rather quick) "extract" nothing happens .

So I found where the setup.exe extract it self, and I tried to run it manualy, same case

I downloaded the "setup.exe" file from http://free-dl.ptc.com/install/Setup.exe and also from here (attached by VladimirN.)

hello, I m a french student and I m trying to install wildfire 5.0 school edition.

before launching the software I have to find the file license. I have previously downloaded PTC license server but I can t find the file. and even if I susbcribe to PTC.com I don t manage to obtain my licence by internet, I m connected but the software isn t able to reach PTC.com. Does someone know how can I have it ? is there any other solution ?
